Before you place a large-scale order, use this guide to ensure your team is prepared. Having these answers ready will help us provide the most accurate quote possible.
Determine your price-per-head or total annual spend.
Do you need rugged workwear, office-ready apparel, or Hi-vis safety gear?
Will the company cover 100% of the cost, or is there an employee-stipend model?
When is your "must-have" date?
Will the order ship to one central location or multiple regional branches?
Custom outfitting involves many moving parts. Avoid these common pitfalls to keep your order on track for our quick ~2 week turnaround.
Using Low-Resolution Graphics
Sending a screenshot or a small .JPG leads to blurry branding. We require high-res vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) to ensure your logo looks as professional as your business.
Starting Without Quantities
Bulk pricing depends on volume. Knowing your specific headcount and size breakdown (Small - 5XL) before you request a quote prevents pricing surprises later.
Ambiguous Payment Methods
Production cannot start until payment is secured. Know ahead of time if you will use a corporate credit card, Net Terms, etc.
Missing Billing Contacts
Avoid "invoice purgatory." Establish a dedicated Accounts Payable contact at the start of the process to keep the paperwork moving as fast as the production.
Product Uncertainty
Browsing is great, but ordering requires specific products. Is this for the 90-degree manufacturing floor or the air-conditioned front office? Knowing the levels of your business helps us recommend the right fabric.
Our team is standing by to help you find the perfect balance of durability and professional branding.
