For orders requiring custom design or embellishment, KEY has a turn around time of two weeks after artwork has been approved.
Unfortunately, our Return Policy does not extend to customized items unless the product itself is defective.

Shortly after you place your order, our team will begin the fulfillment process. If the item or items you ordered are not currently available, you will be called by one of our customer service representatives.

Our standard shipping cost is calculated based on your zip code and is applied to your order at checkout. However, if your order is over $500, your order will ship for free!
We ship our packages via USPS, UPS, and through SurePost (a combination of UPS and USPS). After you have completed check out, you will receive an order confirmation email in which there will be a link to watch your package through each step of the process. If your order shipped via UPS or USPS, you will be able to track the package to your door. If the order shipped via SurePost you should be able to track your package to your local post office.
