COMPANY AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

KEY Apparel is located in the heart of the Great Plains in Fort Scott, Kansas.

At KEY Apparel, each of our products has a description of features on the product page that includes a list of technical attributes as well as information about how the product fits.

There is a link to our size chart on each product page labeled "View Product Specification." This link is also available in the footer of our web page and has been attached below.

Size Guide

Care instructions vary from piece to piece. You can find the care instructions that are specific to your purchase or puchases on the tags that have come attached to your items. You can generally find those tags in the waistband, collar, or sideseam of the garment.

FUNDRAISERS AND COMPANY WEBSITES

Absolutely! Our team at KEY Apparel will work with your organization to design and create a secure, private website for your company's purchases that will reflect your company's image. Your website can contrain pre-embellished items, blank items, or a mix of both!

Definitely! Our team here at KEY strives to give you the best possible product and experience. That philosophy extends to the site (or sites) we create for you.

Yes! You can have one site for all of your fundraisers, or we can create multiple sites for different fundraisers. It's up to you!

Absolutely! Enroll your company in our Employee Purchase Program, and we will create an entire site just for them. Through this site, your employees can enjoy discounts of up to 20%!

Your employees work hard and deserve clothes that work as hard as they do. Whether you need a branded uniform item, or a blank product, the Employee Purchase Program (EPP) is right for you.

The KEY team will create a website for your company utilizing the company name and imagery to make your employees feel at home when they are shopping. Your employees will receive up to a 20% discount on all purchases through the company website.

CUSTOMIZATION

Our clothes may be tough, but adding your design files to an order isn't! All you need to do is upload the PNG, JPG, or PDF file to the decoration page of the product you wish to customize. The higher the resolution and quality of the file, the better. Quickly locate that page by clicking the black "Customize Design" or "Start Designing" button above the product description.

For orders requiring custom design or embellishment, KEY has a turn around time of two weeks after artwork has been approved.

Unfortunately, our Return Policy does not extend to customized items unless the product itself is defective.

ORDERING

There is no minimum order when you order from KEY for Business!

We accept all major credit cards.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received!

Sales tax will be included in your total cost. If you feel that you are a tax exempt entity, please call us at 620-223-2000.

Shortly after you place your order, our team will begin the fulfillment process. If the item or items you ordered are not currently available, you will be called by one of our customer service representatives.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping cost is calculated based on your zip code and is applied to your order at checkout. However, if your order is over $500, your order will ship for free!

We ship our packages via USPS, UPS, and through SurePost (a combination of UPS and USPS). After you have completed check out, you will receive an order confirmation email in which there will be a link to watch your package through each step of the process. If your order shipped via UPS or USPS, you will be able to track the package to your door. If the order shipped via SurePost you should be able to track your package to your local post office. If you need assistance with tracking, please call KEY Apparel at 620-223-2000.

KEY Apparel has a turn around time of two weeks for items requiring custom embillishment or design. BUT if you have ordered regular items, you can expect your pieces to be at your doorstep within a few days.

RETURNS

Here at KEY, we want you to be happy with your order. If you feel your product is defective please call KEY Customer Service at 620-223-2000. Unfortunately, this does not extend to customized items unless the product itself is defective. Look at our Return Policy for further details.

If you need to cancel an order, call our customer service line at 620-223-2000 to discuss your order. If your order included embellishments and it already in production, the order cannot be canceled.
